MassPay started with an idea to provide payroll and insurance services to small companies who needed personal attention. This became a reality in August 2004, with two people working in the attic of a house in Lowell, Massachusetts (shown at left).
Over the past decade, MassPay has developed a reputation for integrity and personal service to clients on the North Shore, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and now, across the country.
As the company grew in revenue and employees, MassPay had to expand office space four times over a ten year span.
On March 1, 2015, MassPay moved to its current headquarters at 500 Cummings Center in Beverly, Massachusetts, doubling its space in order to support growth in business and staff.
On February 28, 2017, MassPay was awarded an international Gold Stevie Award for "Customer Service and Client Support Team of The Year".

Being recognized for those efforts makes this award truly special. The Gold Customer Service and Client Support Team of The Year Award will serve as a constant reminder to all of us at MassPay to always provide Wow Service to our clients.
