Josh Soroko, Vice President of Operations at MassPay, oversees our Implementation, Client Support, Tax, and Training departments, where he ensures that we provide professional and responsive service to our clients to support our core company value, WOW Service.
Josh joined MassPay in 2010 after owning his own business, where he gained experience in running a company from the ground up. He has played a significant role in MassPay’s stellar growth, especially in the areas of developing company procedures, defining, tracking and driving key metrics, expanding office space multiple times, successfully completing our first SAS70 audit, and recruiting and building an award-wining Team (2017 Stevie Gold Award for Customer Service and Client Support Team of The Year).
He constantly evaluates new tools, services, and technology to help MassPay automate and streamline internal processes to provide a positive experience for our clients.
Josh holds a degree in Business Management from Bentley University. He is active year round with coaching his children’s sports teams, and we affectionately dub him “the unofficial Mayor of Saugus” for his tireless passion in promoting “all things Saugus”, where he resides with his wife and 3 children.
